Pepperoni Pittsnogles
1 tub of Philadelphia chive and onion cream cheese
1 pack of pepperoni slices
1 box of Townhouse butter flavored crackers

Spread a bunch of cream cheese on a cracker.  Top with a pepperoni. Eat. Repeat.

Salmon Glaze
My Dad’s secret to awesome salmon.
Grill it with a glaze of
3Tb Brown Sugar
2Tb Soy Sauce
1 Tb Dijon
Then serve with a sauce of
1 Tb Glaze from above
1tsp white vinegar

Sweet Jane's Famous Belly Rub
Rub this on your uncooked ribs the night before cooking.
3Tb light brown sugar
3 Tb chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup of coarse salt

Tortellini Salad
Good as a side or add chicken for a meal.  Awesome hot or cold. Great for a bumper crop of fresh garden tomatoes.
1 package (20 oz) of refrigerated cheese tortellini
6-8 seeded tomatoes, chopped
3 Tbs fresh snipped basil
1 tsp basalmic vinegar
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh grated parmesan cheese


Boil tortellini according to package and drain. Combine basil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Using the tortellini pot, heat oil and add garlic, saute until brown.  Remove from heat.  Add tortellini and tomato mixture, gently toss.  Serve with fresh grated parm.
